Therefore, enterprises in the industry do not rely on a single supplier, and the cost of raw materials accounts for a relatively low proportion of operating income. In addition, the profit margin of animal vaccine industry is relatively high, therefore, the price fluctuations of raw and auxiliary materials have less impact on corporate profits.

(2) Downstream Industry

The downstream of the poultry vaccine industry is the poultry breeding industry, which is a large livestock and poultry breeding country with a large number of groups of economic animals. According to the statistics of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), as of 2019, poultry meat production is 131.65 million tons, of which poultry meat production ranks, accounting for 16.10 percent, second only, but there is still a big gap with other countries in per capita consumption. The main immune animals for poultry biological products include chickens, ducks, geese, pigeons, etc., of which chicken and duck meat account for more than 90% of poultry meat consumption. Affected by the economy of breeding and animal growth characteristics, the concentration and standardization of broilers in China are relatively high, while meat ducks are mainly raised by farmers' families, accounting for more than 70% of the total. Due to the high degree of centralized breeding of chickens, the high density of breeding, and the great impact of disease, the immunization targets of poultry vaccines in China are mainly chickens.
